Fabien Marino

Fabien Marino is an energetic and versatile results-driven leader with a successful track record in leading and transforming large and complex operations into recognized best-in-class and high-performing organizations. With a passion for strengthening large-scale healthcare production in Canada, Fabien has consistently demonstrated his ability to build high-performing teams and drive transformative change.
He was recently appointed as the Vice President of Central Pharmacy Services at Shoppers Drug Mart. Previously, Fabien served as the Vice President of Industrial Affairs and Site Head for Sanofi’s vaccine division in Canada. Under his visionary leadership, the campus achieved global recognition as a top performer in vaccine manufacturing, attracting over $2 billion in new investments, the largest biotech investment in Canadian biopharma history.
Throughout his career, Fabien has made significant contributions in both Canada and the U.S. He has held roles such as Head of Canadian Operations for Merck KGaA Crop BioScience and Head of Operations, Southern California for Merck KGaA Life Sciences.
Fabien holds three degrees from McGill University in science and engineering, along with professional certifications in supply chain and project management.
Lori-Ann Beausoleil, FCPA, FCA

Lori-Ann Beausoleil is a retired PwC partner where she led Ethics, Compliance and
Governance practice mandates focusing on regulatory compliance, ethical business
conduct and governance. She also led the National Real Estate and National Forensics
practices. She brings over 36 years of risk, governance, real estate, financial, operational,
and regulatory experience to the Boards she serves on.
She is a Board Director in both Canada and the US. Lori-Ann currently serves as Board
member and Audit Committee Chair of Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate
Investment Trust; Lead Director, Board member and Audit Committee Chair of Brookfield
Real Estate Income Trust Inc.; Board member, Audit Committee member and Governance
and Corporate Responsibility Committee member of Metro Inc.; and Lead Director, Board
member and Finance and Audit Committee Chair of Cboe Canada.
She was recognized by Directors & Boards as a “Director to Watch in 2022.”
Lori-Ann also co-founded the Board Diversity Network, a governance education program
and network helping top talented diverse executives become board ready.
